How to Vote in the Special Elections

VOTE IN THE PRIMARY ELECTIONS

Check your voter registration status at RegisterToVote.ca.gov

IMPORTANT DATES

  • FEBRUARY 4          California active registered voters will receive a ballot in the                                   mail the week of February 4

  • FEBRUARY 5          Early voting begins at the Registrar's office.  Monday - Friday, 8                              am to 5 pm.

  • FEBRUARY 6          Official ballot drop boxes open through March 5.

  • FEBRUARY 20        Voter registration deadline

  • FEBRUARY 24        Select vote centers and Registrar's Office open daily from 8 am                             to 5 pm through March 4.

  • MARCH 2                 All vote centers open daily from 8 am to 5pm through March 4.

  • MARCH 5                 Last day to vote!  All vote centers, ballot drop boxes and the                               Registrar's office are open from 7 am to 8 pm.

  • APRIL 4                  Deadline to certify the election
